At DSD https://deliveryservicedubai.com we value your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our delivery services or website.
We collect personal details you provide when booking a delivery, including your full name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery addresses, and Emirates ID when required for secure or age-restricted shipments. Payment information is processed securely through third-party gateways, and we do not store full card details. We also collect usage data such as IP addresses, device information, and tracking history to improve our services.
We use your data to process and track deliveries, send real-time notifications via SMS or WhatsApp, handle payments and refunds, verify your identity for secure deliveries, and improve our services through analytics. With your consent, we may send promotional offers, which you can opt out of at any time.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with delivery partners for last-mile execution, payment processors for transactions, government authorities if required by UAE law, and trusted service providers who assist with IT and customer support under strict confidentiality agreements.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and restricted access to protect your data. While we strive to keep your information safe, no online transmission is completely secure.
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill delivery services and comply with UAE legal requirements, typically up to five years. After that, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience and analyze traffic. You can adjust your browser settings to control cookies, though this may affect some website features.
